Payment Due: You Pay, I bake! A retainer is due when you place your order to reserve your spot on my calendar. This can be done using Venmo or Zelle. This is non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 weeks before your pick up date.

No Show = No Cookies: These cookies are best enjoyed fresh. If cookies are still in my possession after the agreed upon pickup time, they will be forfeited and donated to local families in need.

Change Cutoff: Decisions are tough! But I am here to help. Order changes can be made up until 2 weeks prior to your pickup date. After that, all changes are will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Inspiration: Thanks tons for sending me those inspo pics and pinterest worth images. They're just that, inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas. I'll do my best to keep it close and help make your cookie dreams a reality.

In a Hurry?: While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of $20.

That's a Wrap: All cookies will be individually bagged and sealed in cellophane bag to help keep them fresh. If you are looking for upgraded packaging, let's chat about it. I have a few options.

Price Adjustments: All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because Mariano's can't honor their old flour prices - darn it).

Copycats: Copyrighted images (think Disney characters) are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them exactly. But do not fear, my creative wheels are always spinning and with color palettes, or a snapshot of a princess dress, I can still make it magical. Let's talk!

Achoo! Allergies?: Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy conscious orders. Please do reach out, I may have the perfect referral for ya!
